RadioOnFire.com – On fourth-and-two from Baltimore’s 33-yard line, Deshaun Watson threw deep to DeAndre Hopkins. Cornerback Marlon Humphrey wrapped his arms around Hopkins before the ball arrived, but there was no penalty. Texans head coach Bill O’Brien threw his red flag, challenging for defensive pass interference but the refs let the non-call on the field stand.
