RadioOnFire.com - As the Miami Heat are looking to finalize a sign-and-trade with the Philadephia 76ers that would land them Jimmy Butler, it's just been revealed that they've traded Hassan Whiteside to the Portland Trailblazers in exchange for Meyers Leonard and Mo Harkless.

Back in 2016, Whiteside signed a four-year, $98 million deal with the Miami Heat where he went on to have a career year while posting 17 points, 14.1 rebounds and 2.1 blocks per game, though in recent years his numbers have declined as Bam Adebayo has emerged as Miami's starting center.

In addition to Whiteside, the Blazers have also acquired Kent Bazemore and Mario Hezonja, while re-signing veteran shooting guard Rodney Hood and All-NBA point guard Damian Lillard to a four-year $196 million supermax extension.
