RadioOnFire.com – Kodak Black is facing charges of first-degree criminal sexual conduct stemming from his November 2016 arrest for the charge. Kodak will now be required to submit DNA samples for the case. He will be required to turn over blood and saliva samples immediately. If Kodak doesn’t he runs the risk of being in contempt of court.

Three years ago, Kodak was accused of raping a high school student at a hotel following the rapper’s concert in South Carolina. Investigators found a DNA profile match from the initial sample they retrieved from the girl in 2016 that lined up with Kodak.

If convicted, Kodak Black could face 30-years in prison.
