Baltimore County Police: Man Dead After Police-Involved Shooting

RadioOnFire.com – Police in Baltimore County say a man is dead after an officer fired a gun while responding to an emergency call.

Baltimore County police say someone called 911 around 7:30 a.m. Saturday to report a domestic dispute on Bleinheim Road and that a man had a weapon.

Police said officers responding to the call saw a suspect come out of the front door of a house with a gun. Police say at least one officer fired a service weapon at the suspect. After being struck by gunfire, the suspect retreated back into the house, where he was later found dead. They say a handgun was found beside him.

The suspect has been identified as Scott William Robertson, 41, of the 14000 block of Blenheim Road North, 21131, Baltimore County police say.

Police are continuing to investigate.
