RadioOnFire.com - Baltimore police said a 13-year-old, with his attorney, turned himself in to police in connection with the March 28 homicide of a 17-year-old.
Police said they responded around 11:28 p.m. March 28 to the 1400 block of Montpelier Street for reports of gunfire in the area. Arriving officers found a 17-year-old suffering from gunshot wounds. He was taken to a hospital and later succumbed to his injuries.
Officials said the 13-year-old boy turned himself in to police Thursday at the Juvenile Detention Center. He is charged with first-degree murder.
